IS IT LEGAL TO HIRE A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR IN HONG KONG?
The act of hiring a private investigator does not inherently violate any rules of law. In fact, private investigators are often hired by lawyers and business owners.
Keep in mind, private investigators will not break the law for a client. Thus, we will not trespass on private property, placing listening devices on telephones or hacking online accounts.
DOES A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR REQUIRE A LICENSE?
Although in Hong Kong private investigators do not require a license to operate, while some of the countries do. Private investigators still require standard business registration.
HOW MUCH DOES A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR COST?
We charge an hourly rate of $750 per hour. The client shall be responsible for all reasonable expenses, e.g. parking fees & long-distance telephone charges.
For some cases require car chasing will need additional fees for the surveillance car rental $300 per hour.

HOW DO PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS WORK?
An initial free consultation is offered to all prospective clients, in order to obtain a clear understanding of the case backgrounds and objectives.
Then the case manager will draft a detailed action plan for the client’s approval.
After receiving the client's deposit, the case manager will assign the task to the most suitable investigators, and ensure the task is completed on time.
All findings will be documented in an investigative report including information and intelligence supported by videos, in order to provide the best solution to the client’s concern.
